Description
Folded warp is wound halfway, the ends are folded together, and then it is wound onto the loom. The result is always a neat-looking symmetrical stripe pattern. In this pattern, the warp is made and woven with mushroom-dyed yarns, but it can be created with any yarns.
Tip: Use leftover yarns in various colors easily and quickly by winding them into the warp. The shawl is woven with an 8-shaft twill, but the folded warp can be woven with any weave structure. Includes instructions for creating a folded warp and weaving instructions for the shawl.
