One warp, three different patterns

Weave this pattern with tricot yarn and tube yarn. You can also cut cotton sheet strips and weave a rag rug. The weave is cracle weave which you can use to weave different motifs just by chancing the treadling. Usually the cracle weave is weaved with tabby as a ground weave, but here we have also a rug weaved only with the four pattern treadles.

Weaving is beautiful
It is amazing how many different structures and surfaces you can have only by changing the treadling order and weft materials. On the cloth beam there is the The Northern light rug and the blue Wishing Well rug is at the beginning.
